Refunds are provided under the following circumstances:

Cancellation by ChinaISEC LLC: If we are unable to provide the service you have booked (due to circumstances such as weather, safety concerns, or other unavoidable issues), we will offer a full refund.

Cancellation by the Customer: If you choose to cancel your booking, the following refund policy applies:

More than 30 days before the tour start date: A full refund, minus a small processing fee, will be issued.

15 to 30 days before the tour start date: A 50% refund will be provided.

Less than 15 days before the tour start date: No refund will be issued.

No Show: If you do not show up for your tour, no refund will be issued.

3. Special Circumstances
In case of unexpected events, such as illness or family emergencies, please contact us as soon as possible. We may consider offering a partial refund or rescheduling your tour, depending on the circumstances and availability. Each case will be evaluated individually.
